Sumesh S Dadwal has ten years of industrial , teaching & business research experience in the areas of service sector, FMCG ,pharmaceutics and e-business . He has taught at various colleges in London including ISC University of surrey, Guildford. Previously, he has worked with Institute of national importance–NIPER in India. He has published business management research papers in journals of repute. His areas of expertise are; Marketing & Brand Management,Strategy management, Market research methods .Quantitative Methods for mangers , Leadership Development , Service Marketing and Consumer Behaviour .

Prosumers and rise of customer involvement in product / service design and innovation particularly in fields of entertainment and E-governance .
