Blake Hall College has been accredited by the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education since 2004


Colleges must have direct or indirect accreditation from course providers. For direct accreditation, the college must meet the same QAA requirements as the partner university and satisfy interim inspections. This accreditation process can take as long as 2 years. For indirect accreditation, the college is accredited by a course provider such as NCC Education or RDI. These course providers have direct accreditation from universities.

History


From its humble beginnings in Wanstead at the Blake Hall Sports grounds (where it was founded in 2001), the college has developed into an academic institution of note, and in 2004 Blake Hall College was accredited by the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education (BAC). Blake Hall College is now located in the historic Dock Offices opposite Canada Water tube station in Surrey Quays, London.
